It then provides tools to generate a 360° diagnosis of areas such as your strategy, team structure, human resources, board participation, learning processes, measurement, and reporting. We also emphasize the importance of clearly defining and communicating your purpose.
We dedicate time to effective communication, as we consider it a vital element of strong work, both within your organization and with stakeholders. We review key elements for maintaining healthy finances and making sound decisions, explore different fundraising approaches, and develop a detailed guide for your fundraising plan. The process concludes with the development of your communication strategy and the production of a video.
