Alleyne Víctor Regis is a conservation and social justice media professional with over 25 years of experience in Education and Entertainment, as well as in communications for social and behavior change, with high standards and strong expectations.

In 1993, Alleyne joined the conservation NGO Rare and, for 14 years, supported the organization’s work by designing, implementing, and monitoring several successful family planning and environmental programs across the Caribbean and the Western Pacific.

During that time, she led all phases of development and implementation for PCI Media initiatives throughout the Caribbean. Her projects included training radio production and creative teams in Belize for the award-winning radio drama Punta Fuego, and producing the radio drama Tim Tim in Haiti to address issues such as family planning, cholera, and disaster risk reduction.

She led communication and public awareness campaigns in six countries as part of the Eastern Caribbean Marine Managed Areas Network (ECMMAN) initiative by The Nature Conservancy and the $30 million multinational IWEco initiative of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF). Alleyne also championed the development and implementation of a European Union–funded human rights initiative for Saint Lucia and the Eastern Caribbean.
